LEVEL I GRIEVANCE. Within 15 days of the time a grievance arises, the principal will present the grievance to the Superintendent on an informal basis in an attempt to resolve the grievance. Within six days after presentation of the grievance, the Superintendent shall give his written answer to the grievant.
