Level of Performance Measures Attained. As soon as practicable following completion of the Performance Period, and in any event prior to the Vesting Date set forth in the Grant Notice, the Committee shall certify in writing the level of attainment of the Performance Measure during the Performance Period and the resulting number of Performance Shares which shall become Earned Performance Shares. The Company shall promptly notify the Participant of the determination by the Committee.
