Leverage Limit Certificate. As soon as available and in any event within forty (40) days after the end of each Fiscal Quarter, Borrower will deliver a Leverage Limit Certificate (in substantially the same form as Exhibit 6.2(d), the “Leverage Limit Certificate”) as at the last day of such period.
