Levy By Judgment Creditor. Any judgment creditor of any of the Loan Parties or any of their Subsidiaries shall obtain possession of any of the Collateral with a value in excess of the Threshold Amount by any means, including but not limited to levy, distraint, replevin or self-help, and the applicable Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not remedy same within thirty (30) days thereof; or a writ of garnishment is served on the Administrative Agent or any other Credit Party or Subsidiary relating to any of the accounts of the Borrowers or of any of the other Loan Parties or Subsidiaries maintained with the Administrative Agent or with any other Credit Party.
