Common use of Levy of Tax Clause in Contracts

Levy of Tax. The District hereby agrees to take any and all actions as may be required by Los Angeles County (the “County”) or otherwise necessary in order to arrange for the levy and collection of taxes within the District and payment of the Bonds. In particular, the District hereby agrees to provide to the Treasurer-Tax Collector for the County a copy of the Bond Resolution, a copy of Appendix A hereto, and the full debt service schedule for the Bonds, in accordance with Education Code Sections 15250 et seq., Government Code Section 53559 and policies and procedures of the County.

Levy of Tax. The District hereby agrees to take any and all actions as may be required by the County of Los Angeles County (the “County”) or otherwise necessary in order to arrange for the levy and collection of taxes within the District and taxes, payment of the Bonds, and the deposit and investment of Bond proceeds. In particular, the District hereby agrees to provide to the County Auditor-Controller and the County Treasurer-Tax Collector for the County a copy of the Bond Resolution, a copy of Appendix A hereto, and the full debt service schedule for the Bonds, in accordance with Education Code Sections 15250 et seq., Government Code Section 53559 15140(c) and policies and procedures of the County.
