Common use of Levy of Tax Clause in Contracts

Levy of Tax. The District hereby agrees to take any and all actions as may be required by the County or otherwise necessary in order to arrange for the levy and collection of taxes and payment of the Bonds.

Levy of Tax. The District hereby agrees to take any and all actions as may be required by the County or otherwise necessary in order to arrange for the levy and collection of taxes and taxes, payment of the Bonds, and the deposit and investment of Bond proceeds. In particular, the District hereby agrees to provide to the Auditor-Controller of the County copies of the Resolution, a copy of the Paying Agent Agreement, a copy of Exhibit A hereto, and the full debt service schedule for the Bonds, in accordance with Education Code Section 15140(c) and policies and procedures of the County.

In particular, the District hereby agrees to provide to the County Auditor and the Director of Finance of the County a copy of the Resolution, a copy of Appendix A hereto, and the full debt service schedule for the Bonds, in accordance with Education Code Section 15140(c) and policies and procedures of the County.
