Common use of Levy of Taxes Clause in Contracts

Levy of Taxes. If and to the extent authorized by law, the Local Agency covenants that it will levy taxes in such amounts and at such times as shall be necessary, within and as a part of the tax levy, if any, permitted to be made by the Local Agency without a vote of its electors, to provide funds, together with other legally available money, sufficient to make the Agency Installment Payments and the other payments required under this Local Agency Financing Contract.
