LG NOVA IP Sample Clauses

LG NOVA IP. As between LG NOVA and you, LG NOVA will retain the sole ownership of any and all trademark, patent, copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property and proprietary rights in and to the LG NOVA Feedback, the Program Materials, LG NOVA’s Marks, and other materials, designs, domain names and inventions owned by LG NOVA or any other LG Party, and will retain all license rights consistent with the licenses granted to LG NOVA (together, all such ownership and license rights, the “LG NOVA IP”). Except for the limited licenses granted herein, no rights or licenses in or to the LG NOVA IP are granted hereunder and you acknowledge and agree that you acquire no such rights by virtue of this Agreement or participation in the LG NOVA Program.

  • Definitions As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. Requires advanced technical and business knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management and other related disciplines/processes.

  • WHEREAS the Company desires the Warrant Agent to act on behalf of the Company, and the Warrant Agent is willing to so act, in connection with the issuance, registration, transfer, exchange, redemption and exercise of the Warrants; and

  • IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
