LGO Transactions. (A) LGP Realty shall cause its subsidiaries to enter into 15-year fixed rent lease agreements of real property with LGO. (B) LGW shall enter into 15-year fixed rent lease agreements of personal property and underground storage tanks (“USTs”) with LGO. (C) LG LLC shall enter a 15-year supply agreement with LGO. The transactions contemplated by Section 2.7 through Section 2.14 shall be completed at the Effective Time in the order set forth herein.
