Common use of Liabilities After Termination Clause in Contracts

Liabilities After Termination. Upon any termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 12.1, except as provided in Section 13.4(b), no party hereto shall thereafter have any further liability or obligation hereunder; provided, however, that no such termination shall relieve any party hereto of any liability for any intentional breach of this Agreement prior to the date of such termination.
