Liabilities and payments. Save to the extent (if any) to which provision or allowance has been made in the Accounts: (i) no liability has been incurred or is anticipated by the Company for breach of any contract of employment or for services or for severance payments or for redundancy payments or protective awards or for compensation for unfair dismissal or for failure to comply with any order for the reinstatement or re-engagement of any employee or for any other liability accruing from the termination or variation of any contract of employment or for services; and (ii) no gratuitous payment has been made or promised by the Company in connection with the actual or proposed termination or suspension of employment or variation of any contract of employment or for services of any present or former director, officer or employee of the Company.
