Common use of Liabilities of Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Liabilities of Administrative Agent. Administrative Agent shall have no duty, liability or obligation to any party to this Agreement with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby except those duties, liabilities, or obligations expressly set forth in this Agreement or the Loan Agreement, and any such duty, liability or obligation of Administrative Agent shall be as expressly limited by this Agreement or the Loan Agreement, as the case may be.
