Liabilities of AT&T. AT&T's liability to GTE during any Contract Year resulting from any and all causes under this Agreement, other than as specified in Sections 7, 8, 10.3 and 10.4 below, shall not exceed an amount equal to the amount due and owing by AT&T to GTE under this Agreement during the Contract Year in which such cause accrues or arises.
