Liabilities of Certificateholders. The Certificateholders of each series shall not be personally liable for obligations of the related Trust, the Fractional Undivided Interests represented by the Certificates of such series shall be nonassessable for any losses or expenses of such Trust or for any reason whatsoever, and the Certificates of such series upon authentication thereof by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.02 are and shall be deemed fully paid.
