Common use of Liabilities of Mortgagors Clause in Contracts

Liabilities of Mortgagors. No obligation or liability of any Mortgagor under any of the Mortgage Loans is intended to be assumed by the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Trustee, the Holder of any Certificate under or as a result of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby and, to the maximum extent permitted and valid under mandatory provisions of law, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and the Holders of each Certificate expressly disclaim such assumption.

No obligation or liability of any Mortgagor under any of the Mortgage Loans is intended to be assumed by the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee, the Custodian, the Holder of any Certificate Security under or as a result of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby and, to the maximum extent permitted and valid under mandatory provisions of law, the Master Servicer, the Trustee Indenture Trustee, the Issuer and the Holders of each Certificate Security expressly disclaim such assumption.
