Liabilities of Subsidiaries. Notwithstanding any prior provision hereof which may indicate the contrary, permit a Subsidiary of the Borrower to have any liabilities except liabilities incurred in the ordinary course of business but not in connection with the borrowing of money, except for any guarantee of the obligations of the Borrower hereunder.
