Common use of Liabilities of the Funding Parties; Sharing of Payments Clause in Contracts

Liabilities of the Funding Parties; Sharing of Payments. (a) No Funding Party shall have any obligation to any other Funding Party or to the Lessee with respect to the transactions contemplated by the Operative Documents except those obligations of such Funding Party expressly set forth in the Operative Documents or except as set forth in the instruments delivered in connection therewith, and no Funding Party shall be liable for performance by any other party hereto of such other party's obligations under the Operative Documents except as otherwise so set forth. No Lender shall have any obligation or duty to the Lessee, any other Funding Parties or any other Person with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby except to the extent of the obligations and duties expressly set forth in this Master Agreement or the Loan Agreement.
