Common use of Liabilities of the Hotel Clause in Contracts

Liabilities of the Hotel. In the event of any damages being suffered by the Guest seeking accommodation as a result of the Hotel’s fulfillment of the Accommodation Contract or related agreements, or as a result of the Hotel’s failure to fulfill the same, the Hotel shall pay compensation to the Guest for said damages. However, the same shall not apply in the event that such damages result from reasons not attributable to the Hotel.

In the event of any damages being suffered by The Hotel shall compensate the Guest seeking accommodation as a result of for damage if the Hotel’s Hotel has caused such damage to the Guest in the fulfillment or the nonfulfillment of the Accommodation Contract or and/or related agreements, or as a result of the Hotel’s failure to fulfill the same, the Hotel shall pay compensation to the Guest for said damages. However, the same shall not apply in the event that case in which such damages result from damage has been caused due to reasons not attributable to the Hotel.
