Common use of Liabilities to Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Liabilities to Suppliers. Other than the Pre-Closing Accounts Payable, liabilities and obligations to suppliers or other third parties, such as licensors, for materials and services, to the extent relating to the Business, ordered in the ordinary course of business on or prior to the Principal Closing Date, but scheduled to be delivered or provided after the Principal Closing Date; and

Liabilities to Suppliers. Other than the Pre-Closing Accounts PayablePayable (which are Excluded Liabilities), liabilities and obligations to suppliers or other third parties, such as licensors, for materials and services, to the extent relating to the Business, ordered in the ordinary course of business on or prior to the Principal Closing Date, but Business and scheduled to be delivered or provided after the Principal Closing Date (even if ordered before the Principal Closing Date; and);
