Common use of Liabilities Undertaking Clause in Contracts

Liabilities Undertaking. At the Closing Purchaser shall sign a Liabilities Undertaking in the form of the attached Exhibit "B," pursuant to which Purchaser shall assume to pay or discharge the obligations set forth therein.
