Common use of Liabilities Undertaking Clause in Contracts

Liabilities Undertaking. At the Closing, Purchaser shall also execute a "Liabilities Undertaking" in the form of the attached Exhibit "C", pursuant to which Purchaser agrees to pay or discharge the obligations specifically set forth therein.
