Common use of Liability and Casualty Insurance Clause in Contracts

Liability and Casualty Insurance. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) a report from a third party acceptable to the Administrative Agent regarding the Credit Parties’ insurance status and coverage and (ii) copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance evidencing liability and casualty insurance (including, but not limited to, business interruption insurance) meeting the requirements set forth herein or in the Security Documents. The Administrative Agent shall be named as loss payee on all casualty insurance policies and as additional insured on all liability insurance policies, in each case for the benefit of the Lenders.
