Liability and Losses. 6.1 Please note that as SDGE does not own or run the Retreat establishment, SDGE is not liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury, or inconvenience, suffered or sustained, whether to person (Client and / or a third party) or property during the duration of Client’s stay at the Retreat establishment and in booking with us Client is acknowledging this statement and agreeing to it.
