Liability and Losses. 6.1 Please note that as SDGE does not own or run the Retreat establishment, SDGE is not liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury, or inconvenience, suffered or sustained, whether to person (Client and / or a third party) or property during the duration of Client’s stay at the Retreat establishment and in booking with us Client is acknowledging this statement and agreeing to it. 6.2 SDGE cannot refund in the event of a natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, or any other 6.3 SDGE will make every effort to provide the Retreat agreed, but reserves the right to alter or cancel the venue or date of a Retreat, for any cause beyond our reasonable control. 6.4 In the very unlikely event that there is a need to cancel or change a Retreat for unforeseen circumstances, or if minimum numbers have not been reached, Client may either transfer Client’s booking to the next available date, or SDGE will reimburse all money received from Client; once such a transfer is booked, the normal terms and conditions will apply. 6.5 In any event, our liability will be limited to the refund of Client’s Retreat deposit only and we will not be liable for any other direct or indirect loss, cost or expense, of any nature, however caused.
