Common use of Liability and Personal Injury Clause in Contracts

Liability and Personal Injury. Fantasticon does not take any responsibility for personal injury or property damage with respect to the activities of Vendor/Artist on the premises of the event. Xxxxxxxxxxx holds Vendor/Artist responsible for any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from any action or activity of Artist while rendering the contracted services including but not limited to the Vendor/Artist’s willful misconduct, gross negligence, and infliction of bodily harm. Vendor / Artist is responsible for paying State sales tax on all revenue generated from show. This agreement covers full set up, tear down, and exit of show.
