Liability and surety. In the case of non-compliance with the conditions set out herein or if the necessary authorisation has not/cannot be obtained from the legal entity or trust, the signatory hereby binds him-/herself personally as surety and co-principal debtor jointly and severally for the proper fulfilment by the legal entity or trust of all its obligations in terms of this agreement.
