Liability for Acts of Permitted Users and Sublicensees. Each Licensee shall be liable to the Licensor for the acts and omissions of the Licensee’s sublicensees and other persons permitted to use any Intellectual Property or Technology of the Licensor in accordance with this Article II as though such persons were licensees thereunder.
