Liability for Breach of a Representation or Warranty. 15.1 If any representation or warranty made by either Party to this Agreement is found to be an error, or if any fact that has or is likely to have a major or substantial effect on the signing of this Agreement by either Party has been omitted, or if any representation or warranty is found to be misleading or untrue in any respect, the non-breaching Party shall be entitled to look to the defaulting Party for full compensation for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from the erroneous, omitted, misleading or untrue representation or warranty of the defaulting Party or arising from any other breach of any representation and warranty given by the defaulting Party. 15.2 Each representation and warranty set out in this Agreement is to be construed independently.
