Common use of Liability for Charges Clause in Contracts

Liability for Charges. Nothing in this Article VII shall be deemed to eliminate or limit, in any respect, any Recipient’s express obligation in this Agreement to pay Charges for Services rendered in accordance with this Agreement or costs and expenses pursuant to which the Parties have agreed that the Recipient will be responsible for its proportionate share (including any agreed-upon Cost-Sharing Allocation).
