Common use of Liability for Charges Clause in Contracts

Liability for Charges. a. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement (for example in the “Liability for Unauthorised Charges” section of this Agreement (Section A, clause 11)), You are liable to us for all Charges incurred under any Programme. b. Under the Corporate Card Programme the liability options available are described in Section B I. clause 3.
