Liability for Company Obligations. Except as otherwise required by the Delaware Act, the Liabilities of the Company shall be solely the Liabilities of the Company, and no Indemnitee (other than the Managing Member) shall be obligated personally for any such Liability of the Company solely by reason of being an Indemnitee.
