Common use of Liability for Costs of Collection Clause in Contracts

Liability for Costs of Collection. To the extent permitted by the laws of the State of New York, the reasonable costs and expenses of collection of the debit balance and any unpaid deficiency in the accounts of the undersigned with you, including but not limited to attorneys' fees incurred and payable or paid by you, shall be payable to you by the undersigned.
