Liability for Credit Losses. Subject to Section 4.7, as between you and Stripe you are liable for all Card Transactions, and you will reimburse Stripe for any liability that Stripe and Stripe’s Affiliates’ incur that result from your actions or inactions, or those of your Authorised Users, including liability arising from insufficient funds availability or debit reversals.
