Liability for Facility Clause Samples

Liability for Facility. As between the Parties, Generator retains all liability and risk regarding the Facility and the Site. GPC: (i) assumes no duty, responsibility, obligation, or liability regarding Facility or Site condition or operation; (ii) is not liable for injury or damage associated with the Site or the Facility (including its operation, maintenance, repair, or replacement); and (iii) is not responsible for transmission, distribution, or control of electric energy within the Site or at the Facility.
