Liability for fraud. (a) A party who is fraudulent in relation to this Service Agreement is liable to the other party for, and indemnifies the other party against, any loss, damage, cost or expense in relation to any claim brought by any person against the other party, suffered or incurred by the other party in relation to the fraud. (b) The exclusion of Indirect Damage in clause 17.3 does not apply to clause 17.2(a).
