Common use of LIABILITY FOR INCOME PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

LIABILITY FOR INCOME PAYMENTS. The Owner and any successor Owner assume all responsibility for claims against the Company arising out of any Income Payments made as directed by the Owner. The Owner agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Company harmless for such claims. Anyone who receives Income Payments that should not have been made will be liable to the Company for those payments.
