As of June 30, 2016, (A) the reserve included in RRD’s financial statements for “Incurred But Not Reported” medical and prescription drug expenses attributable to an LSC Employee or Former LSC Employee will remain under the XX Xxxxxxxxx Group Benefits Plan, and (B) the reserve included in RRD’s financial statements for “Incurred But Not Reported” medical and prescription drug expenses attributable to a Donnelley Financial Employee or Former Donnelley Financial Employee will remain under the XX Xxxxxxxxx Group Benefits Plan.
