Liability for irregularities. (1) The Bank shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from forgery, counterfeiting or other irregularities in situations where it has examined a signature appearing on bills, notes, cheques or other documents submitted to it with reasonable care and found the same to be identical to the specimen signature previously filed with it.
