Liability for Loss and Damages. A. Any damages by Contractor, their personnel, subcontractors, and other service providers through this Agreement to DSH’s facility, including equipment, furniture, materials, or other State or DSH property, shall be repaired or replaced by Contractor to the satisfaction of the DSH at Contractor’s expense. The DSH, at its option, may repair any such damage and deduct the cost thereof from any sum due Contractor under this Agreement.
