Common use of LIABILITY FOR NEGLIGENCE Clause in Contracts

LIABILITY FOR NEGLIGENCE. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the individuals performing services pursuant to this Agreement shall be personally liable for negligent acts or omissions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SUPPLIER shall likewise be liable for negligent acts or omissions in the performance of services pursuant to this Agreement.
