Common use of Liability for Other Matters Clause in Contracts

Liability for Other Matters. ‌ The Trustees, individually or collectively, shall not be responsible or liable for: (a) any matter, cause or thing arising due to the invalidity of all or any part of this Joint Trust Agreement or the Pension Plan Rules; (b) any delay occasioned by any restriction or provision in: (i) this Joint Trust Agreement; (ii) the Pension Plan Rules; (iii) any contract procured in the course of the administration of the Pension Plan or Pension Fund; or (iv) by any other procedure; (c) any contributions required to be paid to the Pension Fund other than the contributions a Trustee may be required or permitted to make under the Pension Plan in the Trustee’s capacity as a Plan Member.
