Liability for overdue provision. In case of failing to provide the construction site, construction conditions, and basic data for the Contractor in time as per the contract due to the Employer’s reasons, the Employer shall bear the additional costs and (or) construction term delay arising therefrom.
Liability for overdue provision. In the event that the Project Owner fails to promptly provide the Contractor with the Construction Site, construction conditions and basic materials as provided by the Contract, the Project Owner shall bear the incurred expenses and/or delayed term.
