Liability for Partnership Obligations. Except as otherwise required by the Act, the Liabilities of the Partnership shall be solely the Liabilities of the Partnership, and no Covered Person (other than the General Partner) shall be obligated personally for any such Liability of the Partnership solely by reason of being a Covered Person.
