Liability for Partnership Obligations. Except as otherwise required by the Delaware Act, the Liabilities of the Partnership shall be solely the Liabilities of the Partnership, and no Indemnitee (other than the General Partner) shall be obligated personally for any such Liability of the Partnership solely by reason of being an Indemnitee.
