Liability for Payment Obligations. Nothing in this Article VI shall be deemed to eliminate or limit, in any respect, CBS’s or Outdoor Americas’ express obligation in this Agreement to pay Service Charges and Reimbursement Charges for Services rendered in accordance with this Agreement.
