Liability for Taxes with Respect to Post-Distribution Periods. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Western Atlas Group shall pay all Taxes and shall be entitled to receive and retain all refunds of Taxes with respect to periods beginning after the Distribution Date which are attributable to Western Atlas Businesses. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the UNOVA Group shall pay all Taxes and shall be entitled to receive and retain all refunds of Taxes with respect to periods beginning after the Distribution Date which are attributable to UNOVA Businesses.
