Liability for the Products. The Products are supplied to you by the Retailer only. If any issues arise in connection with any of the Products, you must exhaust any remedies (legal or otherwise) against the Retailer before seeking a remedy from us.
Liability for the Products. Liability in respect of any Product -------------------------- delivered to RPI and not rejected by RPI within the period set out in Clause 8.2 above (including, without limitation, the use to which it is put) following delivery to RPI of such Product shall rest solely on RPI and RPI shall indemnify AVECIA against any liability, loss, damages, costs, legal costs, professional and other expenses whatsoever incurred or suffered by AVECIA arising out of or in respect of such Product following its delivery to RPI including, without limitation, RPI's use of the Product following delivery.
