LIABILITY FOR USE OF ROADS. (a) For the purpose of determining whether and the extent to which — (i) the Joint Venturers are liable to any person or body corporate (other than the State) or (ii) an action is maintainable by any such person or body corporate in respect of the death or injury of any person or damage to any property arising out of the use of any of the roads for the construction or maintenance of which the Joint Venturers are responsible hereunder and for no other purpose the Joint Venturers shall be deemed to be a municipality and the said roads shall be deemed to be streets under the care control and management of the Joint Venturers. (b) For the purposes of this Section the terms “municipality” “street” and “care control and management” shall have the meanings which they respectively have in the Local Government Xxx 0000. SECTION 15.01 COASTAL WATER REQUIREMENTS The Joint SECTION 15.02 COASTAL WATER SEARCH Upon receipt of such notice the State will in collaboration with the Joint Venturers and in accordance with a mutually agreed programme and budget at the expense of the Joint Venturers search in areas agreed to by the parties for subterranean water sources sufficient to supply the Joint Venturers’ coastal water requirements.
