Common use of Liability Insurance - Lessee Clause in Contracts

Liability Insurance - Lessee. Lessee shall, at Lessee's expense, obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy of Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insurance insuring Lessee and Lessor against any liability arising out of the use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all other areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be in an amount not less than $500,000 per occurrence. The policy shall insure performance by Lessee of the indemnity provisions of this Paragraph 8. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder.

Liability Insurance - Lessee. Lessee shall, at Lessee's expense, obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy of Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insurance insurance insuring Lessee and Lessor against any liability arising out of the use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all other areas appurtenant theretothe Industrial Center. Lessee shall, at Lessee's expense, obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy of Full Coverage General Liability Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insurance insuring Lessee and Lessor against any liability arising out of the use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all other areas appurtenant theretothereof. Such insurance shall be in an amount not less than $500,000 1,000,000 per occurrence. The policy shall insure include insuring the performance by Lessee of the indemnity provisions of this Paragraph 8. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder.

Liability Insurance - Lessee. Lessee shall, shall at Lessee's expense, expense obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease lease a policy of Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insurance insurance insuring Lessee and Lessor against any liability arising out of the use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises premises and all other areas appurtenant theretothe industrial center. Such insurance shall be in an amount not less than $500,000 500,000.00 per occurrence. The policy shall insure performance by Lessee of the indemnity provisions of this Paragraph paragraph 8. The limits of said insurance Insurance shall not, however, not however limit the liability of Lessee hereunder.

Such insurance shall be in an amount not less than $500,000 2,000,000 per occurrenceoccurrence and shall name Lessor as an Additional Insured. The policy shall insure performance by Lessee of the indemnity provisions of this Paragraph paragraph 8. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder.. 8.2

Liability Insurance - Lessee. Lessee shall, at Lessee's expense, obtain and keep in force during the term of this the Lease a policy of Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insurance insuring Insuring Lessee and Lessor against any liability arising out of the use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all other areas appurtenant theretothe Industrial Center. Such insurance shall be in an amount not less than that $500,000 500,000.00 per occurrence. The policy shall insure performance by Lessee of the indemnity provisions of this Paragraph the paragraph 8. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder.

Lessee LESSEE shall, at Lessee's LESSEE'S expense, obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease LEASE a policy of Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insurance insurance insuring Lessee LESSEE and Lessor LESSOR against any liability arising out of the use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises PREMISES and all other areas appurtenant theretothe Industrial Center. Such insurance shall be in an amount not less than $500,000 1,000,000.00 per occurrence. The policy shall insure performance by Lessee LESSEE of the indemnity provisions of this Paragraph paragraph 8. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee LESSEE hereunder.

Lessee shall, at Lessee's ’s expense, obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy of Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insurance insurance insuring Lessee and Lessor against any liability arising out of the use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all other areas appurtenant theretothe Industrial Center by the Lessee. Such insurance shall be in an amount not less than $500,000 1,000,000.00 per occurrence. The policy shall insure performance by Lessee of the indemnity provisions of this Paragraph paragraph 8. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder.

Such insurance shall be in an amount not less than $500,000 1,000,000 per occurrence. The policy shall insure performance by Lessee of the indemnity provisions of this Paragraph paragraph 8. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder. The policy shall name Lessor as an additional insured.

Such insurance shall be in an amount not less than $500,000 1,000,000.00 per occurrence. The policy shall insure performance by Lessee of the indemnity provisions of this the Paragraph 8. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder.

Such insurance shall be in an amount not less than $500,000 1,000,000.00 per occurrence. The policy shall insure performance by Lessee of the indemnity provisions of this Paragraph paragraph 8. The limits of said insurance shall not, not however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder.

Such insurance shall be in an amount not less than $500,000 1,000,000 per occurrence. The policy shall insure performance by Lessee of the indemnity provisions of this Paragraph paragraph 8. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder.

Lessee shall, at Lessee's its expense, obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy of Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage General Commercial Liability Insurance insuring Lessee and Lessor against any liability arising out of the Lessee's use, occupancy occupancy, or maintenance of the Premises and all other areas appurtenant theretothe Industrial Center. Such insurance shall be in an amount not less than Three Million Dollars ($500,000 per occurrence3,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence for bodily injury and property damage liability. The policy shall insure performance by Lessee of the indemnity provisions of this Paragraph paragraph 8. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder.

Lessee shall, at LesseeXxxxxx's expense, obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy of Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insurance insurance insuring Lessee and Lessor against any liability arising out of the use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all other areas appurtenant theretothe Center. Such insurance shall be in an amount not less than $500,000 $ 1,000,000.00 per occurrence. The policy shall insure performance by Lessee Xxxxxx of the indemnity provisions of this Paragraph paragraph 8. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder.

Liability Insurance - Lessee.
