Common use of Liability Insurance - Lessee Clause in Contracts

Liability Insurance - Lessee. Lessee shall, at Lessee's expense, obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy of Comprehensive General Liability insurance utilizing an Insurance Services Office standard form with Broad Form General Liability Endorsement (GLO404), or equivalent, in an amount of not less than 1) $1,000,000 per occurrence of Bodily Injury and Property Damage combined single limit with a $1,000,000 excess liability policy, or 2) $1,000,000 per occurrence of Bodily Injury and Property Damage with a $2,000,000 General Aggregate Bodily Injury and Property Damage, and shall insure Lessee with Lessor as an additional insured against liability arising out of the use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises. The policy shall insure performance by Lessee of the indemnity provisions of this paragraph 8. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder.
