Liability Not Affected by Knowledge or Waiver. The right to recovery of losses or other remedy based upon breach of representations, warranties or covenants will not be affected by any investigation conducted, or knowledge acquired (or capable of being acquired) at any time, whether before or after the execution and delivery of this Agreement, with respect to the accuracy or inaccuracy of or compliance or noncompliance with any such representation, warranty, or covenant.
